Alright. Unfortunately, there weren't any other errors which means it's not an error-related issue. I'll just have to keep looking at things trying to see if I can guess the issue. =S

Well. I use WIndows 7 and Chrome as well, so that isn't it. The only thing is that your Chrome version is from 2012. Mine's version 40 from January 2015.
The Color Selector Tool we're using utilizes some of the latest features available. So it may be possible that the old version of Chrome that you're using can't support something that we're using. This will then cause the script to break and then break everything after it.
I can try looking into an alternate tool that loads if the main one fails or something. But it would be less functional and probably just something where you input your own color hexes. So if you're willing, I'd suggest updating to a more recent browser version.
As with anything now a days, as developers we always ask our users to always update to the newest versions possible as new features are constantly being added that make our lives much easier lol. The old color selector was super complicated with dozens of its own files, like tens of thousands of lines of code, etc. The new one runs much simpler and more efficiently with a lot less lines of code.
As I said, I'll continue to investigate and work on alternatives. But for your case, it may just be that your browser is too out of date and if you're willing to update, that may very well solve the issue.

Oh wow, I had no idea I was *that* much out of date. o_o
It seems like you don't need more info from me but let me know if I'm wrong - I am thinking it could take me a little while (week or two) before I update Chrome but I could try to prioritize it if it would be helpful.

It's entirely up to you. =)
Either way, I'm going to try to code in an alternative color tool for those who have issues loading the main one. We never want a situation where it's impossible to use the Generator.
For your specific circumstance though, it's just whatever you want to do. I'd hope that updating Chrome would fix the issue so if you want the issue fixed as soon as possible, then that would probably the best course of action for you if you want to use the generator sooner rather than later.
Also, I obviously don't know your situation, but updating Chrome is very simple and takes just a few minutes, if that. Just hit the menu icon, then click on "About Google Chrome".
Then it should just pop up saying that yours is out of date and ask if you want to update it.
