I'm new too. Just wondered what a "Fabled" pet was. I was searching through pets to buy and saw the option to look for them. The results didn't seem to have anything special on their info page.

Fabled pets are all rare to encounter a tamed version of and also have a longer recovery time (7 days vs. 3 for other species). Griffis, ryoris, aeridinis, and lighira each are only able to be found in the festive zone of their personal festival, winter (so right now), fall, spring, and summer respectfully. They are fairly common within these zones but unable to be encountered in the wild any other time. Nephini are able to be found at any time in festival zones and Astryls Vale but are extremely rare to encounter. Nyvenes are unable to be encountered in the wild at all, only available tamed from the arena shop.
