I mean like...school? Fast food networks? Libraries? They would be crap, but it is better than nothing...

Have you tried clearing out the cookies for your browsers? Iunno if that may help though aha.
Have you tried other computers in your household to see if they have the same problem?

Well, ouch, unfortunately one of my current programs they don't have at school, so I gotta work it off home, guess I can play some guessing games with youtube...

Everything in this home is youtube--dead. Clearing cookies doesn't work, only thing it did was nearly lose some of my website stuff,lol

Sorry that I can't help much. But have you told either of your parents that the internet/router issues are interfearing with your school work? that may motivate them in finding out the exact problem.
Other than that maybe turn off the router and wait one full minute, then turn it back on.

have you used other sites as a proxy to watch youtube? Have you watched other things that involve streaming that don't work? o:
Like I watch anime that use different formats/interfaces to stream episodes from youtube.

You can also talk to your teaches about it. Who knows, maybe they can try and get the video file?
Or talk to someone in your class...

Everything that I would've said has already been advised, so I'm not sure what else there is to do other than go to a public area to study by using their internet until you get yours fixed.
