This sounds very interesting... I like it. They could even make a special anniversary pet.

-gargles at suggestion mostly because I joined two days after the site started- I had no idea that Sylestia was only up and running for 2 days when I found it! That makes me so happy~ I've been on here for 604 days now and I've never had any luck in the wheel so I definitely support this! I'm already proud to be a long time member so this would be an awesome anniversary thing!

I like this idea! As long as, like suggested, the tickets would be a one per account. It would give everyone a cool new Sylesti and ecause there are so many options under each type it wouldn't overpopulate any one species. I'm sure they could even code it to only give XX amount of each type.
I saw someone else suggest a special edition anniversary pet.. I like that idea too. :D

While it looks as if everyone is a winner, idk if it would actually turn out like that. I feel like a lot of people would get frustrated for not getting the species they wanted.
I like the idea of a special gift though.
Instead perhaps it should be that the user can choose which species they want their special pet to be. Then it generates a random one out of past wheel pets (For that particular species). Additionally the pet should not be able to be traded.
