Aw man. I was totally thinking they would bring those pets back when the holiday wheels would be revisited, but if they're going to put up new wheel pets instead, then that kinda bites. For me, anyway. x.x I was saving up diamonds for next year's wheel of love so that I could buy loads of tickets to hopefully get the pets I wasn't able to get from it this year.

I haven't read the posts on the first page, but I like this input for the previous wheel pets.

It saves having to come up with more themes, and it let's other newer players have a chance to get the old wheel pets they weren't here for

Too dang bad that the market for tagged themed wheel pets might prefer new themes in this case instead of bringing back old themes, to ensure the value of older pets.

I personally like this idea. I like it when newer players have a chance at something that they just unfortunately weren't here for originally. Or even older players who may have put a ton of time and effort in but just weren't fortunate enough.

There's another game I play where something like this happens with older pets. I won't name the site. But anyway, you have three pets from previous releases you can get that are randomized. It can be something not too rare or something extremely rare. What I propose is doing something similar. Perhaps 1 to 3 eggs that everyone can get for clicking on a gift box during the anniversary? Perhaps actually give a few days window. Accidents happen. People could just end up sick or have an emergency box. Anyway, this box can only be clicked once. I would say a wheel pet would be an extremely rare occurance. More likely would be the non-fabled themed pets with the basic rarities we encounter in game during a festival. The festival nephinies that you find in the zone would share perhaps the same rarity ranking as a wheel pet.

I think that this would allow new players an opportunity at pets that they just weren't here for but at the same time with the site's population growth keep the wheel pets as something rare and special.

I love this idea, primarily for themed pets. I recently began trying to get a set of all the Tagged Vulnyx's and have come to notice most of them are either on inactive accounts, or they are on a hoarders account so to say lol had one of them use this term so I will too. Some of the pets I'd adore to have are just impossible to find. I'd love a chance at getting some of these tagged Vulnyx that I just wasnt around for. I'm sure many others feel the same about other pets they werent able to obtain.

And as Sav said, make it a rare chance. Also if you think about it, if they constantly released different versions of themed pets, it is gonna get crazy when you search a themed pet cause it will be a never ending list of different names, and I'm pretty sure theres only so many combo's you can make for themed pets before ideas and themes get hard to come up with.

With wheel pets I could personally care less, but I'm not big on wheel pets. I do see others point on this though, it seems like there are very few of some and not near enough genes for them.

I love the idea of reusing themed pets from the festivals. Why make new ones when the old ones worked just fine?

My only problem is I'm not 100% comfortable with the idea of re-releasing Wheel Pets. Unless maybe more is added to their tag, like the year that they were won. Ie: 2013 Devious Delight or 2014 Irish Luck. Then I would be okay with that. Otherwise, sure there will be new genes out that users wont be able to get on their pets, but there's also that warm fuzzy feeling that people get from knowing that they have a limited-edition pet- especially if that pet was the very last one released.
