EDIT: Also, I have a quick question, how do you make malnourished Sylestis better?

To keep your Sylesties from getting Malnourished(Or to make them unmalnourished) you'll want to feed them everyday by keeping the food bar full.

Considering how many sylesties you have right now, on regular food it'll take about... 4 days.
At the end of the first day your Bulbori should be at 3 "hunger" filled and the "Malnourished" status should disappear. At the end of the second, your food will have circled through to the Qitari. By this time your Luffox should be nearly hitting the malnourished mark but it won't hit it because on the third day it'll be refilled to around 6-8 points. At the end of the 4th they should all be filled and you'll have maybe a couple extra pieces left over in your till. Keep refilling your food if you don't want them to be "Malnourished"
(My numbers may be off depending on when you read this if you are able to restock your food in time)

When you restock you're also given the option to buy foods that give more hunger units which while more expensive, allows you to have twice or thrice the amount of food in storage at a time.
Using "Premium Feed", a food that filled double food units in your counter but costs alittle more than the regular grade, you could easily bypass a few days and instantly refill all your pets hunger points in 2 days with a bunch of food left over.
Or with "Exceptional Feed" which fills three times the amount of hunger units as normal feed but costs a bit more than Premium, you could get away with refilling them all completely in a day and still have a few left over.

You could get the same results as Premium feed though(Given you don't overflow into it) if you bought a second tab for your stable. Considering your project here, you're going to need that extra tab later down the road. Try doing some missions in Esior's Haven with some extra pets to build up a bit of extra gold to hold onto for this purpose.

If by Winged species you just mean species that naturally have wings then you're going only to need 6 pairs(12 total)
However if you mean a pair of each of the sylesti species that naturally has wings or can host a mutation gene that gives wings you have up to 19 pairs(38 total) in which that case you'll definently need two tabs.

On the offchance you mean to collect Option two of all mutation types for the mute wings

Draeyl has 2 (Dragon and Ice)
Faelora has 1 (Fae Wings)
Griffi has 4 (Default, Feathered, Frosted Fae, and Elegant Feathered)

Lighira has 3(Technically 5 but Peacock, and Spotted are just extra patterns on the Feathered. The other two types are Mystic and Flame)
Luffox has 3 (CHibi, Glow Light, and Demon)
Lunemara has 6 (Default, Avatar, Gem, Dragonfly, Branch, and Fairy)
Lupora has 3 (Etheral, Mechanical, and Feathered)
Nephini has 6 (Default, Leaf petel, Butterfly, Etheral, Lich, and Spectral)

Nytekrie has 1 (Default, although Icycle feathers adds on)
Puffadore has 3 (Jeweled, Feathered, and Candy)
