((Read Juliana's form... She had run away to Tomenika thinking it was somewhat safer.))

Velvet started when she heard a girl's voice appear next to her. "Yikes!" she shrieked. Seeing the girl clearly now though, she answered, "Oh, hello. My name is Velvet Rose. I'm reading Breaking Dawn." (Had to refer to Twilight series, it's my favorite series)

Hearing a shriek coming from the girl, Juliana practically flew from her seat from the bench. "Uh, um, oh, that's a good book, and, well, um, hi, Velvet..." She mumbled nervously. She inched a bit from the girl, a bit frightened. "I've-I've r-r-read the who-whole series." She told her. She wrapped the cloak around herself tightly, as if it were a shield. It was cold...she was cold. She wished she could have a nice, warm meal... And also because in this condition, her baby might be born weak. Because she herself felt weak and fatigued. She was almost all skin and bones underneath her clothes, which were in tatters and shreds...barfly covered her body, which was why she was glad to have the cloack.

Noticing the way the thin frame of the girl scooted slowly away from her, Velvet pouted, offended. "I didn't mean to startle you, I just don't like being scared like that. And you look really thin, are you okay?" Standing upright, Velvet stuck her book back in the bag she carried around with her and held out her hand. "Let's get you some food and some warm clothes. You look tired and starved and I can see your bones." she tisked. (Oops, I switched from Amber to Velvet.).

"Really? Tha-that would be great!" She whispered. "And...I'm pretty sure I'm fine..." She said. "It's only a little col-" She didn't say the rest if the sentence because she suddenly sneezed. "-Cold." She finished. Was she getting a cold? That couldn't be good... She sneezed once more, this time a little harder and leaned forward. She closed her eyes quickly. Oh man...she wasn't feeling so well.

Velvet's eyes widened at hearing her sneeze and turn pale and she quickly grabbed the girl by the wrists and pulled her up gently. Jogging, she pulled the girl along behind her and when she arrived at her house, opened the door and ushered the girl inside. Running into the kitchen, she set the coffee machine to make hot chocolate and piled a plate with warm cookies, biscuits, toast, and more. When the hot chocolate was ready, she plopped some marshmallows inside along with some vanilla wafers and rushed over to the girl. Setting the platter of food on the table, she gestured to the girl to dig in and quietly went to get herself a cookie from the warm batch that just came out of the oven when she arrived. Sitting back down, she watched the girl again and finally asked, "What's your name? When you're done with that, I'll get you dressed in some proper clothes."

"Ju-Juliana... I'm Juliana." She introduced as she stared at all the food. It was a lot more food than she had seen for a long, long time. "And thank you so much." She said and almost inhaled the hot chocolate. It warmed her body to the tips of her toes. She ate two wafers. "It's been such a long time since I could eat fresh things...thank you." She said, as she munched on one more wafer and sighed. "And it's been frightening..." She mumbled quietly, almost not audible at all. And wow, new clothes would be great... This day was a lot better than many others. But then she sneezed again. "Um, excuse me..." She said, shaking her head. Hopefully Velvet had warm clothes.

"Hello Juliana. And your welcome." Velvet happily said, content that's he could help the poor girl who obviously lived all alone in alleys with no one to help her or feed her. And she was pregnant by the looks of her belly against her pale, frail figure. "Now come on. Let's get you some warm clothes." Velvet suggested, leading the way upstairs into her bedroom. Striding over yo her enormous walk in closet, she glided in and picked out a small green dress that would fit the girl. She also took out a pair of green slippers, 2 green bows for her hair, and a small green bonnet. Turning toward the girl, she sighed, imagining what she would look like in them. So beautiful.


(Got to go to bed now. Getting up really early tomorrow morning because it's panorama picture day at school.)

"Th-thank you." She sighed. "This fabric...it's so soft...silky." She commented as she strokes the dress. "You'll really let me wear all these things?" She sled, her eyes wide. Maybe to Velvet, these might like quite...normal, but to Juliana, it looked like something a princess would wear, and she was no princess. She looked behind Velvet and gaped at all the outfits lined in the closet. Dress after dress, shirt after shirt, so many, many things to wear! And all so...majestic! Nothing she could ever afford. She could already think of combinations that would look well together. She thanked God for this day, though all her life she wasn't a strong believer, but today, she felt she should be, and she was.
