A petite girl who often wears her hair in long braids. Flowers grow out of her face and neck, blooming periodically. They will grow faster or slower depending on her emotions and others. She wears loose, flowy clothing most of the time.

Description:Holly is chronically unable to keep a secret, a social butterfly until she inevitably tells everyone about her powers. Her presence is contagious, and people are often drawn to her, but most don't stay friends with her for long, due to her manipulation. Holly mostly spends her time looking for people who won't judge her, as well as working a part-time job that she despises.

A fair-skinned young man with long ebony hair which he usually keeps half-up, half-down, with the upper half styled neatly into a top knot. He wears a black overcoat no matter the weather, armed with myriad pockets sewn into just about every inch of the fabric, both inside and out, and expensive-looking suede leather shoes. When asked, once, if his clothing choices ever left him too hot or otherwise uncomfortable, he merely shrugged and gave an excuse about fashion taking precedence over comfort.
A single glove can be found on his right hand, extending just past his wrist and concealing the wispy lines snaking around his fingers and across his hand--the sole mutation from his magic. When he casts this magic, these markings darken from a shade marginally paler than his skin tone to a deep crimson, nigh indistinguishable from black. It is for this same reason that he often has his right hand stuffed into one of his pockets, using his left hand, impractically decorated with rings, for most menial tasks. (He is, despite his best efforts, not left-handed.)

Description:
A perpetual people-pleaser who dons a smile as one would a suit of armour. Though he is, by many accounts, exceedingly easy to talk to, with a plethora of conversation-starters up his sleeve for any given occasion, he never seems to divulge anything of note about himself or his personal life when talking to others. Rather, he engages in conversation for the main purpose of weaselling information from others, which he can then use to craft a personality tailored just to them. By now, this process has become nearly automatic to him, to the point where his true self has become no more valuable to him than any one of his countless curated personalities.
He is exceptionally talented at bending the rules just enough to get what he wants out of a situation, while still being able to sweet-talk his way out of any consequences. Even so, he hates taking pointless risks, preferring to execute his machinations from the shadows and hopefully be long gone before he is in any danger of being hit by the fallout. This is likely a byproduct of his youth; as a rambunctious only child of strict and self-righteous parents, who often took a holier-than-thou approach to raising him, he often found himself in compromising situations which he was unable to wriggle out of, many of which began with an innate curiosity about his magic and ended with a small-scale explosion. Time after time, his parents pushed the uncompromising moral code ingrained into their bodies from their work as city guards onto their son, in the hopes that it would correct his behaviour and instil upon him some--in their eyes--much-needed maturity. One punishment too many, however, and he began to realize the power of penitent words and puppy-eyes, as well as the importance of leaving behind no connection between himself and the evidence of his wrong-doings. As he grew into adulthood, his penitent words became congenial, and his puppy-eyes morphed into his signature smile. What stayed constant was his eagerness to understand what made people tick, and absolute willingness to exploit them for his own gains.
