And just to clarify:
Philter of trait disruption(themed) can only be used on unbred tagged themed pets (tamed or exclusive).
Greater and lesser genetic mutators can be used on tagged tamed pets that are bred or unbred, it doesn't matter with them.

Thanks! Would you recommend using a mutator on tagged themed pets to increase their value?

If you are planning to sell, it's much better to leave them un-muted so whoever buys the pet can add whatever trait they want. If you mut them, then they are usually worth less unless you just happen to get lucky and add a trait someone is needing/wanting.
