The sylesti considered for a moment, before deciding to have another talk with the Puffadore. There's something in the testimonies she'd like a little more info on....

"You mentioning knowing about some sabotage last night...can you tell me more about that? Did you personally witness it or did you hear about it from someone else?"

The aurleon glances away from one of the investigating sylesti. His eyes darken, there's a tenseness with his shoulders and if that beak were lips, it would lower into a frown.

Janus: Unfortunately, I only have a vague memory of the sylesti I saw and even if I could remember, my mind and vision was altered from the medications I had to take at that time... I'm sorry...

His piercing gaze returns to the ferrikki.

Janus: But I am determined to keep an eye on the rest of my allies. I'll stop the medication for this week until I'm certain we're safe, even at the expense of my health. Yes, our owner will be worried about me, but Lune's life and potentially the rest of us are at risk, so it's alright with me.

The small Puffadore's ears perked up and her eyes widened upon hearing the question.

Felicita: Oh, I witnessed it. Not really saw it, but while I was resting my head on the couch, I heard a loud thunk sound and something shattering. I was spooked! Really spooked. I tried to find out who or what was in the storage rooms while it's dark, but it immediately left before I got to check it out. It was only in the morning before Lune collapsed that Artume found what broke in the storage after we had our breakfasts...

The kelpari thinks for a moment. "I see....Do you happen to know who frequents the storage room the most, by chance?"

The home's aurleon looks at the investigating kelpari, his eyes are as sharp as blade and he speaks with certainty in his somber tone.

Janus: Affirmative. The two sylesties I coud think of is Artume and Fleur. Artume assists with keeping the storage room in check, so she is the one who is in there the most while Fleur looks at the stored goods in there and making sure the potions, tinctures, elixirs and such are still in good condition before or after being in the library. Fleur typically goes inside when it's raining.

"Three hours ago before was when Lune was in the kitchen," the Griffi muses. "Would she have been eating breakfast around then? Would it have been feasible for the poison to be slipped into her food?"

The Ferrikki paces, thanking Janus for the information. She turns to question Artume next.
"Artume, can you tell me more about this elixir, or the storage room itself?

She frowns and a faint crease on her face spells worry. The aerdini's gentle yet cheerful expression fades for a moment

Fleur: Oh dear... I wonder who among our friends decided to slip poison into her food... I wouldn't willingly think of doing that to her. I've been caring for Lune ever since she hatched into this world.

The ryori sits down, the victim's guide tells what she knows.

Artume: The storage room is where a lot of potions, tinctures, elixirs, salves, infusions and such are kept. Most of the bottles stored here are for restoring health and healing wounds, restoring mana and give energy for things like healing, both of what I've mentioned and to give energy and heal some injuries enough to awaken them from unconsciousness. Those are often used for when travelling and fighting outside the comforts of home and needing a quick fix when you can't access a healer. The rest are for things like treating some illnesses and injuries, antidotes from certain poisons, changing your appearance, boosting nimbleness, finesse, brawn, the mind or fitness, releasing tension from a day's worth of battles. I don't remember any poisons being stored here

After telling about the home's storage room, Artume looks at her ghastly, skeletal paw.

Artume: The elixir that's supposed to treat Lune's nightangel poisoning is an antidote specifically made for sylvorpas. There's a book within the library that tells you about making a bunch of those and there's a medicine book for sylesties that have been studied more. That elixir takes some time for the ingredients to mingle and turn from a greenish brown honey-like liquid into a red machination oil-like liquid. As long as it wasn't exposed to air for a long time, it should still be good, but the already stored bottle here was shattered, so we're gathering ingredients for the visiting herbalist to make one. Fleur is eagerly wanting to look for glowing nettle in a panic just for the elixir to be made.

(Sorry I took a while, reddit was down while looking up some references and I somehow ended up napping)

The Griffi decides to continue questioning Fleur for the moment. "How difficult is it to make the poison? Could it have been created by anyone here, or would it require someone with skill to concoct?"
