Lilly is a very Gentle Soul. she loves to help others and is a very sweet person to be around. She is not one to be rude and is not confrontational, but if something would put others in harms way she will speak up even if its hard. She is quite most of the time if she is unfamiliar with you, but as you get to know her she will open up to you and share even difficult things with you. She is not one to panic or stress out but she can be very emotional when her feelings have been hurt or if she is scared of someone else getting hurt.
Physical appearance:
Lilly is right at 4 tall, and typically wears a dark purple hoodie and a brown leather coat with a jet black shadow wool trim and inside, paired with a pair of long wool leggings during the cold and a thin pastel yellow jacket with 3/4 sleeves and a hood paired with denim cutoffs in the warmer weather. Both outfits she sports a black spaghetti strap tank and prefers to not wear shoes but will wear shadow wool socks in the Snowblanket if it gets icy the has a slim muscular torso and very strong legs thanks to Kane. She is the definition of thunder thighs and has the kick of a horse. That being said she is not the fastest when carrying Kane's weight and is wicked fast when she's not carrying him, though she prefers to make him ride her around when they are out and about. she doesn't show off her speed and strength and really only uses it when tending to her flock. (Note: the family's tradition was to have the heaviest stags buckling or doeling bond with the next shepherd when they are born and have the shepherd carry the weight all their life and form a tight bond with the next leader of the flock. its a tactical maneuver to rise a strong shepherd with a strong bond to their flock... the ethics of this is questionable to some.)
Backstory:
Lilly Rose Is the Great Granddaughter of Pete Rose the best known Shadow Stag Rancher her hometown has ever know, and is his pride to the family tradition! At least that's how her family introduced her to everyone they meet, Lilly does love to tend her flock and she is darn good at it too. However it seemed that's all anyone ever looked at her as is the spitting image of Pete Rose, she was seven gifted his old dusty shepherds book by her Grandmother. after a while of flipping through its half filled pages she stumbled across something he wrote about his "Harth Road" and decided to set out on her own and figure out what it was her grandfather was writing about all those years ago.
Reason for setting onto the road:
To find her own version of freedom, be fine with who she really is, and discover what her Great Grandfather found on his Journey. Oh and to eat new tasty foods is a top priority

(finding a visual for this dude is near impossible so I may update if I draw him but for now this will do: he is a shaggy black stag who is built like a Clydesdale and has two dagger straight opal horns with some ticking in his pelt)
Kane is a docile stag but is very protective of Lilly stubbornly so. He doesn't like to let her out of his sight much unless she is safe and close near by. because of this Lilly has gotten use to carrying his weight in her shadow since she was small. He is kind to others a trait the learned from his bond with Lilly . He is not a smooth ride but he is a trusty and hardy mount unlike the more delicate horses.
Kane Stands 5.5' high at the shoulder and his antlers make him a full 8'. though his nose is right at 6.5' making him fairly tall for a shadow stag. Each antler is 3" in diameter at the base and taper to a sharp point the Lilly typically caps with small purple rubber caps or Corks if her caps are not available.

Shadow Stag ~ A Shadow Stag is a deer like creature they often are found in Glens and other areas that are dimly lit their main defense mechanism is when frightened or exhausted they infuse themselves with a surrounding shadow. This will in turn add the weight of the Shadow stag to the weight of the holder of the shadow they are residing in. They are often kept in flocks to harvest their naturally shed antlers in the Shoring and wooly winter coats during Frost and Snowblanket, and bond closely to their Shepherd. Once they trust an individual they are very loyal and obedient but will often hide from strangers. Their teeth are more like wolf teeth than any other animal and they eat mostly fruits, veggies, oats, bats and birds

While she tends to be pretty withdrawn with humans because she has spent all of her teen years only with animals, Nakistka is very kind and inviting, loving and grateful to everyone, and generally a good friend to everyone. Everyone has always heard the sayings "crafty as a fox" or "sly as a fox", but no one ever acknowledges their loyalty, kindness, and beauty, which should shine way above all of those nasty rumors and stories.
Backstory:
Coming from a poor household, Nakistka was always made to work and be useful from the time she could walk. Her family could not afford to not have her earn her keep, but of course she didn't understand that, and maybe still doesn't. Always angry, stressed, and drunk, her father beat her and her mother until her mother finally decided to leave after a severe incident where he had broken her arm. She left her only child alone with the wretched man who had made her leave in the first place, and now Nakistka hates both of them with a rage that is absent for even the worst things that have happened in her travels alone. Like the time when a bear ate her best hunting fox, or when one of her foxes had stumbled upon a hen house and gotten shot dead by a hunter. Wondering how she even came into possession of these foxes? One day after she ran away from home, she came across a wandering trader. He offered her a very heavy box in exchange for a family heirloom that had been passed down from the women in her family. She gladly accepted, for she planned to get rid of the thing anyway, not wanting to hold on to any memories or the cursed family who she hated so much. When she opened the box, she discovered four fox kits, all of them a different color. One silver fox, one red fox, one arctic fox, and a cross fox. She has had these four since she was 13 and ran away from home. Now, four years later, she has gained quite a large group of foxes to hunt food for her, trade their kits for food or new clothes and shoes at the market, and generally be good companions to keep her company.

(Looks good! Also like we discussed I've got exams n stuff so my replies might be a bit sporadic but I'll try to get in a reply at least twice a week! If I have to leave for an extended period I'll give you a heads up :D)
It had been quite hard to find a place that would allow you to stable a shadow stag, but finally a quiet, tucked away tavern with an overeager stableboy opened its doors to you. You now sit inside, the log cabin building made cozy thanks to the crackling fire. A kindly older stoat, still in her white winter coat had seated you at a table neat the back and asks: "Can I get you anything to drink or eat? If you're looking to stay in town awhile we offer rooms at a good price!"

Oh! Sorry I could have explained that more! Just like bipedal animals basically. Think cat with regular proportions and stuff but it walks on two legs and can hold stuff etc. (Don't think about the anatomy or physics too much lol) your spot is reserved btw so no rush to fix/respond.
No humans in this world just some animals and plants that have basically gained sentience and walk around/replace humans during agricultural revolution and such. the most advanced the tech gets is like steampowered boilers n stuff.
(if you want to keep her current backstory I'd suggest maybe changing it so she hasnt spent much time around floralings instead of humans? Cause I think it's very fun the way it is! Or even only around other fox/canine faunts or something totally up to you!)
Shephard archetype is more of a metaphorical thing you can herd anything you like the foxes are a super cute idea so yeah go ahead! (not all animals evolved to gain sentience so its totally cool to be a fox faunt and have fox pets, cause like they're different things just how humans and monkeys are technically related but are two VERY different animals)

(Thats cool not problem Im on a nice daily schedule anyway between 5-9 pm. Also is there other things they can add to their inventory if they checkout local markets and whatnot or save leftovers or pack bread when traveling if so I can update my signup to reflect I dont mind keeping up with it )
Lilly felt comfortable leaving Kane in the stables being there were plenty of shadows to warp himself into if trouble arose and she could save some energy not having to Cary his extra weight around she should really lay of the extra oats for him for a few days. The Tavern was warm and smelled good and the atmosphere was inviting, so much so that she almost missed the little white weasels question. Lillys ears perked up in attention as she offered a gentle smile Ah I will be staying for tonight and possibly tomorrow before I continue traveling so that would be great she said before her stomach growled . Oh and whatever you would recommend for a meal that pairs well with an Apple Cider Ale would be fantastic she said shyly taking out her coin sack out of her pack to pay as needed. Thankfully her Grandfathers inheritance would suffice for almost a month.
