I did try that and just did it again to be sure. The error message is not saying anything about my password. Just "You did not submit a valid email address." I strained my eyes looking back and forth between the email I typed in and the one listed in my settings and can't find anything wrong.

If you'd like, you can either copy/paste the Email Address you're trying to use or screenshot it and send it to me in a PM. I can take a look and see if I notice anything odd.

The email i used for my phone was correct and so was my password,so i am having trouble with that
