Another wave hits the lady's toes. Under her breath, too quiet for anyone other than Neth to hear, the lady hisses.

Nethimir looks back at the girl again. That woman gives me bad vibes... She thought to herself before getting up and moving to a different part of the beach, but it wasn't like she was walking. More like sliding across the sand. Nethimir found a new place and sat back down near the water.

It's clear nobody else is bothered by the woman. The hiss was very quiet, after all. It's not like they question Neth's odd walking, anyways, so they probably wouldn't question a quiet noise from a random lady.

Nethimir started to get bored, so she got back up and dived into the water without even taking the cloak off. She wasn't anywhere to be seen for a few minutes before coming back up still with the cloak on and sitting back down in the same exact spot, seemingly not even fazed.

The woman notices. She doesn't stare for very long, but she's not very subtle about her staring.
