So, with that information, I took a look at the scripting. I am not really seeing anything jumping out at me that'd be the culprit here. Also, it doesn't quite sound like this is a hotkey issue at all? It sounds like you are experiencing this issue even when clicking on things.

The only thing I am seeing that'd interfere at all with disabling/enabling these actions is if you are actively focused on Region Chat. Is it possible somehow your device keeps like re-focusing on the Region Chat input box?

The reason I brought up hotkeys is because if I manually click the attack, theres no lag time when clicking the enemy - its hotkey specific

Are you by chance utilizing a touchpad during this? I am wondering if you have some sort of setting on your device causing a timeout on your touchpad whenever you use your keyboard.

Like a Mac trackpad? Yes - I bought a Bluetooth mouse recently, I can try that and let you know when it arrives.
