Locke smiled, tail waving as he leaned over the side of the ship. "Ahoy!" He exclaimed, looking back over at Selkie and Diablo. "Nice ta be clear o' the ice at last, aye?"

Zedia glanced up briefly as Calico entered the tent. "Is there a problem?" She asked.

"Aye," Selkie smiles wickedly, "Now I can pratice. So Locke you up for a test of skill?"


"Nothing Zedia I just came to see if I could help," Calico offers.


(Care if I borrow an echidna for one tiny itsy bitsy scene? I promise all it is is someone briefly seeing Kai and telling Kaladin.)

Locke twitched an ear in slight surprise. "Now?" He mumbled, before flashing Selkie a smirk. "Y'need to let off some steam then, aye?"

Zeldia stared at the feline oddly for a long moment, then shook her head. "I have it handled, thank you."

"I've been stuck in that awful frozen ice for a week. So yeah."


Calico nods once before speaking hesitantly, "Alright then if you want me I'll be nearby."

A Knuckles Clan echidna walks over to Kaladin, "Kaladin do you want to go look for Kai I may have found a track."

Locke swished his tail. "Aye then," He shrugged, pacing towards the middle of the deck.

Zedia gave a nod of affirmative. "I'll be fine. Though I get the feeling that you want something."

Kaladin quickly looked up from sharpening his spear, then nodded vigorously, hopping to his feet. "Of course!!"

Collin twitched an ear as he made his way towards Starlight's quarters, hand resting idly on his sword hilt.

Selkie walks towards the center of the deck, "Want to go first Locke?"

"Not really I just wanted to see if I could help at all since I'm tired of feeling useless," Calico answers.

"Follow me then," The echidna shows Kaladin deep into the forest where the prints of a three legged wolf could be seen, 'Here."

Starlight was in her quarters looking out the window in silence. Her ear twitches and turns to the door but she doesn't speak nor move.

Collin politely knocked on the door. He was never one to simply barge in.

Locke shook his head, taking a deep, measured breath. "No, thank ye."

Kaladin smiled weakly at the other echidna. "That could be her!" He exclaimed.

Zedia shook her head again. "You could always go join the hunting parties this afternoon."

"Hunting parties," Calico asked sounding slightly worried, "To tell the truth the last time I truely hunted was well over a decade ago. I honestly don't even remember how."

Selkie chuckles, "Guess I'm setting the bar then." He takes a deep breath and summons a small whirl pool.


The other echidna nods, "That's what I though too but I found another set of tracks belonging to another wolf a slightly smaller one though." He points out both tracks, "Do you think she could be nearby?"

"Come in," Starlight responded though she still stood in front of the window looking thoughtful.

One of the moths landed on her windowsill and chimed softly
(just saw the artwork of her...i was behind on seeing the sketches,finally saw it)

Diablo at first thought they'd be sparring with swords or something,he was a bit started at the small whirlpool thing

Selkie smiles daringly, "Come on Locke surely you can top that?"
"Don't forget both captains are stormcallers, Diablo," The crewman reminded him, "And the Captains rather eager."


Starlight glances at the moths before looking back out the window.
