The mage lifted his hand and some force hurled the girl at you as he waved his hand and rasped a "Run!" The griffin tried to barge through the shadows quickly surrounding his master, but they kept him back as River caught the girl on his back, looking at you urgently for instructions.

She make a motion for River to leave as quickly as possible with her hand, "Griffin, fly over them and land ontop." she backed up beside running back forward, slipping one leg forward to slip under the legs on Shadow people and into the centre where the mage was to try and defend him, or get him to the griffin. She had no idea why.

^^Could you clarify that? I'm a bit confused what you did there... especially I don't understand why you put the 'she had no idea why' Could you make it more... understandable? Sorry, I'm a bit stupid.

She reversed then ran forward and did a tackle (in a way) so she slid along the floor and under the shadow figures (presuming they have legs) and under them before getting up and defending the mage. She did not know why she did it, but she did.

(I am for some reason laughing at the gif. Plus, he got stabbed. Ouch)

He was rapidly disappearing under the layers of shadows that started swirling around him. "Get away!" He warned, about to say more but another stab caused him to choke on his own blood. Some shadows near you turned and headed towards you with their own shadow-sword things. The griffin ran over to you. "We have to go! You'll loose your life! We can save him later..." The words seemed forced (probably because his master is dying and he wants to fight, but he can't o3o).
