Amroy silently stalked out from the refuge of the undergrowth, head lowered and fangs barred. His gaze was fixed on Diablo, and to put it simply, he did not look pleased. "I should ask you the same." He remarked with a soft growl, sparks of energy crackling at his fingertips. He didn't ask, of course. "Don't worry. I'll try and make this swift."

"That sort of turtle should be alright to speak with, yes." Kaladin replied. "Go ahead, I'll wait back here."

Kai carefully walks towards the turtles and asks polietly, Hello do you mind if I ask you a couple of questions?

One of the turtles glanced up, and after a brief moment, tipped her head in affirmative. I don't see why not.

Kai sits down a respectful distance away, First what's your name? How long have you lived here? And do you know how many other turtles are on the island?

The turtle thoughtfully considered Kai before answering. My name is Jade. I've been here my whole life, and there are many of us.

Kai nods once, Thank you for answering my questions, Jade. If there is anything I can do in return feel free to ask.
