They were mountain cats; they'd probably been out all night. it definitely smelt like it.

"Even if I do not, I insist on helping you catch food and just helping, even if I can't cure them." She pointed her muzzle at him. Her tail swayed, keeping her eyes on him.

"I can catch their meals by myself. Don't worry" he seemed uncomfortable, "But thank you for the offer."

He sighed, "They don't need help. it is the illness that wiped out.. I believe they called themselves Clans. if they did not escape, they will not. All I am doing is settling them." he padded off, the way he came.
