Send over a mushroom or something from your inventory that you don't want, there is an envelope under it with a green arrow, press that and put the amount of money down, and my name and send to me, I will accept the trade and you get the money I get the mushrooms. As for the pet, you can pick any pet from my hatchery and I will give it to you for free
