Alis was sitting in some tree, petting Eci when a horse followed by someone else crashed through the forest and into the desert. What the- She peeked over the edge, glancing at 2 people face first in the sand. No horse, though . . . strange She climbed down, her song bird perched safely on her shoulder. They had found some sort of shelter, which was interesting. "What do you say, Eci? Should we go explore?" Her song bird chirped excitedly, and hence Alis walked towards the group.

"Hello there!" She called out, still walking. Eci flew ahead, peering curiously at the group from above.

When I heard a voice call out, I froze. Glancing over at the source, I could see a young lady approaching, a small bird following close by her. Instinctively, I drew my scissors from my belt.

"Stop right there!" I was still struggling to project my voice after the fall. My eyes flickered to Holly and Little Fox - I would not allow this stranger to get in the way of their conversation. I will deal with this. I cannot continue to leech off of them - I need to stand up for myself somehow.

I made sure to position myself as far away from the two as possible, to prevent this stranger from getting to close, though I left plenty of room between us. I could not trust her, and neither did I know anything about her powers to judge what she would do next.

Is this place really crowded with people? I've been in solitude for years until today... and now suddenly, everyone seems to have shown up and behaved in a friendly manner towards me. Something's off.

"What do you want?" If it was shelter, I was going to deny her. Already, I was having to put up with someone I did not trust in the slightest - I could not stand a second. Keeping my grip around the scissors tight, I inspected her expression and body language, looking for the slightest hint of aggression. I could not find any, but I was not about to let my guard down.

Sara (Ebony)~

But he had just said that they were the only ones on this team, now he changes his mind? Oh well the more the merrier, that way she would be alone. As the girl took another bite of toast she looked up suddenly gripping her right ear. The voices they were back...right in her ear. "Stop..." She whispered to herself. "Now is not the time..."

Little Fox-

Seriously?! Why were all these people bugging him suddenly! All he wanted to do was to sleep and get out of the sun. "What now?! Can't I just get a break?!" The man shouted. "Where are you all coming from suddenly?!"

Yang looked around, confused, how did Garn know she didn't want to be alone with Sara? Could Garn's powers be he could read minds? Yang finished her fruits and sat in her chair, waiting for the others. "When did you get your rat..?" she asked Sara slowly.

Sara (Ebony)~

"Right before all this happened. Dawn was normal before everyone died, but after that she grew into this. I honestly have no clue how or even why." The girl answered still holding her right ear. After a moment she released her ear and offered the large rat a slice of an orange which she happily took and started eating.

Yang nodded,"My brother has a falcon that survived. It usually just flies around somewhere." Yang looked towards the door where 2 guards stood. She turned her head to the huge window behind President Garn where 3 more guards stood. Why are there so many guards? she silently asked herself.

Holly Hunter

Holly's ears flicked towards the woods just before the girl and her Bird emerged. Miko wasn't to fond of the encounter either as he growled and stood between the group and the girl. Holly flicked her tail from side to side as she looked the girl over Nothing particularly stood out of the ordinary or gave any hints to who she was.

" Aye, You should be more careful ad introduce yourself before getting so close to a group of strangers.." she said as if it was a warning. but she seemed focused on other things as her ears rotated and scanned the edge of the wood..." She's alone.." she said to the others wither they were curious or not


Sage Rodes

Sage leaned against the wall watching the others talk and what not a girl with a rat and a red streak in her hair was talking to an interesting looking character with a scar down her face, though the two didn't particularly seem friendly. there was a girl with reddish blond hair that reminded him a bit of a girl he saw on the street once. aside from them there were other kids here younger than him who all seemed to be keeping to their selves including the boy with the Mare he was scoping out earlier in the day.

" When is this thing supposed to start anyway?" he sighed quietly his mind as bored as it could ever be at the moment.

"How is he everywhere?" He asked in panic, when she died right then his eyes widened, "Oh dear lord, is that going to happen to us?" He asked, Logan turned to notice Garrett lying on the floor and he cursed, rushing to Garrett's side.
