You crouch down right next to them and stare. They are quick to gravitate towards you, they appear to bloom out in a spiral sort of shape. The bright blue colouring seems to glow softly.

You move through the blackberries, obtaining more and more small injuries as you go. The blackberries still don't appear to have an end of any kind they just keep going and going way off into the distance.

However, peaking out from beyond some trees in the distance appears to be the flashing of a flickering flame. Maybe there's someone camping out here?

What should you do?


How far away are the trees and how badly scratched am I?

Your legs are stinging a considerable amount, but you're only two hundred or so metres away from the flickering flame. You'd probably be able to make it all the way over there without hurting yourself to much more, the blackberries appear to have thinned a bit.
