Once again, a different mark came out. It was black with tinges of grey. Tala now had the hollow feeling as well. The girl smiled and then nodded. She seemed satisfied with the results.

There is the river, too wide to cross, and the dark forest. on the other side of the river was forest. you high doubt there would be any towns inside the dark one..

i'll try to find a safe way across

There seems to be none. All the stones are too risky or far apart. You can hear the gushing of a waterfall close by.

She sighed, "But you should know the basics. Shadow kills Illusions like a cat after a mouse.. You are shadow." she points at Tala, "You are Illusions" she pointed at Matty, "They are your elements which glow before you."
