Conner snickered and Casey elbowed him in the ribs, which didn't really do much, but still

There was a soft click and Lilura nearly tumbles out of the room. "Who are you?" She asks the newcomer, backing up .
"Thought I had heard something. I'm Matt." The teen says as if it fixed everything.

Both boys stand and flank Lilura, Casey on the right, Conner on the left

"Oh, there's more than just you. Come on, there isn't much time before the guard comes back. I've learned enough around here to tell when the guards change out." Matt says. He looks scrawny and young, definintely small for his age; he was around Lilura's height. Matt chuckles self-consciencely after a moment or two of silence from everyone.
"Come on, there isn't much time." Matt says again, backing further from the door and beakoning them to come. Lilura shrugs and follows him.
"Okay," Lilura says, willing to follow any one out of this place.

The boys exchange a glance before following as well.

"You know, these guys should really up their security. This is getting annoying getting caught just to escape. How did you guys end up here? I just assumed you guys were also Intuitives. these guys are really trying to hunt us down." Matt chatters, seeming to never pause for a breath of even pause in his endless stream of words. Lilura tries to be polite and listen to Matt's never ceasing chatter, but she was having a hard time keeping up.

Conner had stopped listening a long time ago, and every time Casey was about to answer one of his questions he just kept talking so he eventually gave up

The door was eventually visable. "Like I said, super easy. I don't understand why they don't get better security." Matt says with a laugh, before - finally - falling silent. "Well, I guess this is where we say goodbye?" He muses, freezing a moment when he notices something behind Lilura and the boys. "Oh, no, we're in trouble. Run!" Matt yells, as gun fire sounds from the hall way they just exited.

Lilura jumps in surprise, wasting precious moments when she looks back to find guards running towards them, guns in hand, ready to shoot.

Casey takes Lilura's hand, running.

Conner shifts to his wolf form, growling at the guards. They would have a hard time hurting him

Lilura stumbles the first step before running after Casey, trying to keep up and stumbling over her feet half the time.

Matt just... dissappeared... Only to appear next to one of the guards, whacking the guard from behind with a metal object, rendering the guard unconcsience. The other guard turns to Matt, firing. Matt dodges some bullets, but some got him. "Wow, you guys have scary good aim." Matt mumbles, wincing as blood started to soak his shirt, grabbing the disabled guards' gun and returning fire.
