He sits next to her. " Where should I start...." He pauses. " I was born 9,876 years ago. And...put simply, I'm a demi-god. "

She giggled happily.

My eyes widened in shock as I gripped the counter in shock "w-what?" I said looking at him "how...? That makes you... Wayyy older then me... R-ray... How are you my mate... If your soooo many years older then me...?" I ask looking confused and I gripped the sides of my head.

Alec chuckled and stiffened "Sam's confused... But shes telling me shes fine" he unstiffened and shrugged.

" I know, Its weird. I'm sorry. " He said, then sighed. " And i'd understand if you'd want us to not be together anymore. "

Rae tilted her head. " Okay..."

I wrapped my arms around his shoulders my grip unwavering and slightly tight, "dont be sorry... Thank you for telling me..." I said burrowing into the crook of his neck.

Alec smiled at her and stuck out his tongue like a goof.

He nodded, hugging her to him.

She laughed and pecked his nose.

"You're my mate... I could never really be mad at you... Unless you chose to be with Charti... Not only it would break my heart but it would anger me..." I said honestly still having my arms around his shoulders.

Alec chuckled and booped her nose.

" I would never chose her over you. Ever. " He said sternly.

She giggled softly.

I nodded my arms still around his shoulders, I sighed "t-thank... You..." I said again.

Alec smiled and kissed her forehead.

" I love you, Sam. Don't ever forget that. " he said.

She kissed him back.
