Kori snarls. "Great, now I'm alone."

Mali has followed Kori, but started feeling Amethyst's magic fading "No no no no no-" She sees Amethyst falling into the ocean "Kori! Amethyst!" She yells as Amethyst splashes into the water

He curses and flies to her as fast as he can. A blast from a dark fairy hits one of his wings, impairing his flight. He dives after her towards the ocean.

Mali uses her own magic to hold back the dark fairies. Meanwhile Amethyst was slowly falling to the bottom of the ocean...

Kori dives into the ocean. Fortunately for him, he lived under the sea for a long time and can breathe underwater. Unfortunately, Amethyst can't. He quickly grabs Amethyst and brings her to the surface as fast as he can.

Amethyst lies there, unconscious as she's still breathing but there's water in her lungs (Me being obvious aha-)

Kori, remembering the classes he once took on saving drowning victims (they got a lot of those under the sea) attempts to press the water out of Amethyst's lungs.

She coughs out the water, "Bleh- that's WAY too much salt for my diet man-" She says quietly, then looks at Kori, "Oh hi-"

He lets out a sigh of relief. "Thank the stars you're alive......" Something's different about him, maybe cause you're near the ocean? His skin seems somewhat.... bluer, and his wings are more streamlined and aquatic looking. "If you really want to be in the ocean so badly, you should come with me. At least I'd be able to let you breathe underwater," He says dryly. He ponders for a second. "Actually, that doesn't sound like such a bad idea right now. It'd be a solid escape plan while we wait to heal, and those dark fairies seemed pretty.... ticked off. Maybe we can find some allies...?"

Amethyst shrugs, "Maybe," She looks at her mom's ring but the wings that used to be black are now white.

She sighs, "alright then, we'll go into the ocean I guess..."
