The inn was mostly quiet now, Amani was close to finishing up her meal and Ben was still whispering to himself as Sabrina seemed to be taking a quick nap.

She went upstairs to her room, wanting to lay down for a minute before the guards came to haul her away.

The inn room was simple and somewhat small, with a white bed having a dark wooden headboard. There was a small desk with a pot of flowers on top and a chair nearby. A lamp stood at a corner of the room and there was a bathroom to the right and a window north of Lilja. All was calm and quiet for now.

There was the quietest of noise, like a shoe grazing the carpet. Nobody seemed to be around, however.

It sounded like multiple people, perhaps two or three, were inching closer to Lilja. At least one was coming more from the right than the other(s). They don't seem to know that Lilja knows they're there.

Though whoever was there was invisible, their attacks were not. Dry ice started to form on Lilja's throat while sharp jagged rocks were thrown at her.
