It's hard to figure out what's naturebird stuff and what's just forest. Their homes are hollowed out trees, which are difficult to identify.

She wanted to get closer, but was worried of consequences

Depending on whether it's a fighting camp or not, it'll be dangerous.

She decided the best idea would be to jump from tree to tree, hiding in the limbs

From there, she soon finds which ones are homes and which are just trees.

Good. She got what she came for. It was time turn turn back. She knew the numbers so now it was time to alert authorities.

There's a place in the castle where the High General lives.

(they do have a king and queen, but it's become just an honorary title and has no meaning)

(unlike the firebirds, where the queen/ king is the general)
