Lio was....trying not to look at the gross floor. And hoping his ride would end sooner rather then later.

The moment the elevator doors opened Vicky's senses came under attack. She can describe what she saw when she stepped out into Furnace but she couldn't tell you how she felt. She was so overloaded by what lay before her that she's sure that part of her brain shut down just so it wouldn't overheat. It was like a survival mechanism to stop her from going insane. She took in the details but they didn't register on any emotional scale.
The elevator had taken them to the very depth of the prison--a stretch of bare stone that was easily the size of a soccer field--and above them for as far as they could see lay its tortured, twisted interior. Furnace certainly deserved its name. The walls were made from the very rock of the earth, their surfaces rough and red, and the half-light of the room made them flicker as if they were on fire. The sunless yark was vast and circular, and arranged in rinds around the outside were countless cells, the gray metal platforms and jagged staircases resembling a rib cage against the fleshy walls.

Trisha walked out, hips swaying as usual, but when she saw what was before them she seemed to turn a bit pale and then her smokey gray eyes seemed to flicker icey blue with fear. "Dang." She muttered, then tried to get rid of her fear by pulling her long hair over her shoulder and braiding it carefully, though you'd think it hard with how long it was. She had one thing left of her own, that little rubber band for her hair.

Phoenix fiddled with a rather large piece of rock that she'd sharpened against the wall. She hadn't managed to get her hands on any utensils or anything that could be used to make a decent weapon, but she supposed she could hide this up her sleeve and stab someone in the palm if it really came to that.
She'd heard that there were new arrivals coming. So far, she was alone in her cell. She supposed it would be interesting to get a cellmate. That is, if they weren't going to try to murder her.

Aaron watched the doors open. She clicked her tongue. A slight frown came to her face. One of these poor new kids might be rooming with her soon. She sighed quietly and tapped her foot gently.
