Nad glanced back at Izetta, before feeling a nudge at her hand. Automatically she looked down to find both pets pressed against her in a mixture of fear and protectiveness. Nad knelt down, rubbing the backs of her pets reassuringly, only rarely taking her eyes off the being in front of her in wariness, even as she herself took comfort in their proximity.
