I'll make it somewhat detailed for you.
Alright I'm looking for a skeleton. A literal skeleton. The hands are bones, the face is bones. The flesh has just been melted off. Just think of an undead skeleton.
The eyes would tend to be a glowing blue, if you would be willing to do that. Yet if not a flat blue would work.
It's a female, witch explains the outfit I'll give them.
I want them to be an undead witch.
Think of the hat on the Frosty Witch Draeyl's for the witch hat.
I'd like the accessories placed on the hat. The jewels, the scarf, yet you can dumb down the patterns.
I'd like the base color to be black instead of purple though, if you don't mind.
I'd like the scarf and jewels to be white, while the bands holding the jewels to be a dark gray.
I'd like the outfit to be something like this.
I know this is a lot of black I'm sorry-
I'd like this gal to wear black high heeled boots.
I'd like these but if you want something easier just tell me.
For the pose I'd like it if you just did something simple, so when I commission this girl for others it's easy to understand it. Instead of me making a fool of myself by trying to explain her again.
