Ashia got into the water to help Barnabus, "Are you okay? Jackson if I was you I'd be more worried about Barnabus."

Shield spun and snorted at Sparky his eyes ready for battle.
"Sparky walk to me slowly," Justin spoke, "any sudden move and you will be kicked, bitten, and trampled."

Sparky didn't turn his back on the horse, for better or worse, but continued to slowly walk to Justin."What did I do to make him this angry?" He whispered.

Barnabus poked his head out of the water, and made a tiny snort noise. He was just surprised he lost his footing, not that he was hurt. "I think he's fine..." Jackson went to Barnabus as well. "You are, right? I hate being wrong."
Barnabus nodded. I'm fine, Jackson.

"Good I'm glad you're alright," Ashia looks over Barnabus to be sure, "so what next?"


"You landed on him, you may or may not have grabbed his nose and that is enough to do it," Justin answers.

"...Oh." Sparky backed up until he was next to Justin. "Let's just hope Shield doesn't charge us now."

"I don't know...Archery?" Jackson climbed out of the stream, and tried to get dry, though it was mostly helpless. Barnabus shambled up on the bank next to him.

"I'll get the targets set up while you go change into dry clothes," Ashia offers.


"I don't think he will," Justin got an apple out of his pocket and rolled it to Shield who took it and walked off.

"Okay." Jackson goes to change into new clothes, and Barnabus stays to (try to) help Ashia.

"Oh, good." Sparky shivered, and walked to the nearest tree, starting to climb it. It would give him the advantage of height if Shield tried to do that again.

Justin notices Sparky up a tree, "That tree might not do what you want because Shield has kicked down bigger trees then that."


Ashia makes it so Barnabus can help set up the fifty yard target.
Scarlet drags over the sets for the targets.

Sparky sighed as he looked down. "Well, I feel safer up here in the least. If Shield comes along, I'll just deal with it."

Jackson soon comes along, and is ready to practice.

"Okay be careful," Justin went back inside.


Ashia quickly retrieves her bow, "Jackson may I inspect your arrows and bow please?"

Jackson shrugged, "Sure. As long as you don't mess them up." He handed her his bow and arrows.

Sparky shrugged, and then relaxed on the branch, listening to the birds and watching the world around him from his vantage point.

Hazel walked into Justin as he walked in. "Oh, sorry." Hazel backed up. "Just going to collect some berries." She held up her basket. "Brandon and Matamba said they were going to help, but I guess they figured playing ball was more important. Want to pick berries with me? If not, it's fine."
