@Diablo, they are set for you.

@Karma, the level 10 boy has already been claimed, but Hinata and Spitfyre have been set for you. To see the items, you can go to your own wardrobe, go to the 'Items' tab, then the 'Helds' sub-tab. Click the button to the next page 3 times, and the Summer Flame is the little fire thing in the upper left corner. At the bottom right of the icon itself, there is a little magnifying glass in which you can click and it'll let you see what that particular item looks like on your avatar. Hope that makes sense. xD
