Except for the forest and the oak tree, there was none.
"Ah crap.." she muttered, a bit frustrated that she got distracted

The stag followed you, he still seemed curious about you, but didn't feel comfortable enough to be touched yet. His herd stayed behind.
I pause for a moment. Could this have something to do with the Kitsunes? I think to myself. I look around for anything I could do to perhaps prove to the Stag I was trying to save River.

The stag stood still. It didn't seem related to the kitsunes, or it most likely would've been captured as well.

You felt a warm breeze run past you, you found yourself in a field. The breeze ran over the grass, making it sway gently. The sun shone down brightly, no clouds were int he perfectly blue sky. A forest surrounded most of the field, but it stretched further towards the sun and built into a hill. An oak tree lay somewhere in the middle and you could hear a stream trickle quickly behind it. You had a feeling that something was still there, even if you couldn't see it.
Larry turned his face towards the sun and closed his eyes enjoying the warm breeze on his skin. He felt lighthearted even though the quest that lay ahead of him will be a dangerous one. He glanced around and listened. Not a sound apart from gentle rustling of the grass in the breeze and gurgling of the stream in a distance. Larry trained his eyes on the stream. "I wonder...", he thought and started to walk towards the stream. When he reached it, he cupped his hands and drunk from the stream. Water was crystal clear and cold. He looked around.
