Piper left the room and walked down the hall to the elevator. As everyone crowded in to the small glass structure, she saw the lawn better.
Since classes would start the next day, students were just socializing. Everyone was in uniform, and the grass looked like a scattered rainbow. The elevator began it's descent to the lobby. She recalled that each group had a color, and the uniform was based on that. Right now, Sylver wore a black skirt, Erin a silver one, Piper herself a light yellow one, and Laurel a red-violet shade.
"Y'know, has anyone seen Katie? Haven't seen her since the flight. Eh, no matter." Piper shook her head. The girl was probably tired and taking a nap.
"We're definitely the most eye.. no, ear catching group right now," Piper whispered to the others as heads turned to see the first year Soinau and her hurdy-gurdy.
Yeah, Solace snorted, because of the hurlde-what's-it-called.
Piper rolled her eyes at the dragon. "You're just jealous."
Am not!
"Are to!"

"I love it!" Piper grinned brightly, before shooting glares at a group of second year Urana magicians muttering and pointing at their small group.
She smirked at them, and raised her voice. "I know we're shockingly beautiful, but it's no reason to stare," she said jokingly as their faces reddened. Addressing her friends, she said, "Is it that surprising that all of us from different groups can be friends?"
