Itarian took the girl changing as a chance to escape. Quietly, he picked up Hutio, who surprisingly, did not hiss. He had an urge to make Hutio bite, but better not. Oh man, was he in trouble. 3 times in a row he failed to complete a mission! Ugh. He blinked. Just in case, should he activate the bomb? No, he'd save it for later. Then, he ran.

"One in the morning, one at noon, one at night. Got it." Velvet said, walking over to Amber's side and gently scooping her up into her arms. Carrying her out the door, she said, "Bye." Then she walked out of the infirmary and to Amber's huge luscious velvet room, with her giant bed that had a fluffy comfortor and gently set Amber down, sticking a pill down her throat and making her swallow it. "Oh Amber, please get well soon." Shaking her head, she pulled the covers over Amber's head and fell asleep on Amber's covers.

Kuro turned around and looked at the picture. " Huh...wonder why kingy wants him badly... " He said, sighing. " He just looks like a normal moron... " he added his suggestion about the guy.

Tri stretched her neck out so it was over the picture so she could see. Her tongue flicked out and tasted the picture before going back into her mouth.

Arvian had washed all the blood off. And so had Kate. Though she looked quite pale. "Stay here." He told her softly. They were in an abandoned house. Kate was lying on the bed. "I'll be back." He said and quietly closed the door and walked out. The palace. He saw Amber go to the palace. Had didn't need a disguise. He looked exactly like Eric. Easy. No one would get suspicious. He walked a couple blocks to the castle. "Halt. Who goes there?" Someone called. A guard. "It is I, Eric, heir of the king." He replied, boldly walking to the gates. "You may enter." The guard said and opened the gates. "Thank you." He said and walked in. He took long strides like his brother did and stood up tall. He reached the big doors. He opened them and slipped inside. No one suspected him. "Good day, sir." Guards greeted. He nodded and headed to Amber's room. He opened the door am inch. He could hear snoring inside. Sound asleep. Good. He slipped inside. From his pocket, he took out some rope and a gag, and a small dagger. He crept to the bed. Oh darn. The Weaponses was here. He waited a whole minute and started tying the string around Amber's feet and hands and slipped the gag over her mouth. Sorry, sis. He thought. It's for the greater good. He made a small cut on his finger and saw blood. He reached up to the wall and smeared a bloody message. He'd do an anagram. Dkra. Easy to solve...but... He wrote something else. HerIw w esa. There. Carefully, he lifted up Amber, trying not to hurt her. And ran out the room.

Velvet woke up to flat cover and screamed. There was blood on the wall, and Amber wasn't in bed like she was supposed to be! Running around her huge bedroom, Velvet shouting, "Amber!? Where are you Amber!?" Turning to the wall, she screamed. "I was in a dark place" she whispered, reading the note on the wall. "Oh no." she whispered. Running out of the room, she screamed, "Get the king! Get the queen! Get Prince Eric! Princess Amber is missing!" Sprinting through the halls, she kept screaming that until everyone was fetching the King, Queen, and Prince Eric.

The king rushed yo the screaming. So did Eric, who was close behind him. "What happened?" He said, gear in his deep voice. "Where is Amber? I demand an answer!" He commanded. Eric looked casual. But then he saw blood on the wall. His eyes widened. "Amber..."

The Queen, propelled to Amber's room by her son, Prince Eric, and her husband, the King, was in a state of shock at hearing Velvet's words. Arriving at Amber's room, Velvet rushed into an account of what happened yesterday, how they had met someone who looked exactly like Prince Eric and he had tried to kidnap Amber, how Velvet had fallen asleep with Amber and woken up to the scent of blood and no warmth under the covers. Velvet, sobbing, sat down on the bed and held her head in her hands. "It's my fault. It's all my fault. I knew that man would come back for Amber , yet I still didn't stay awake to protect her. It's all my fault!" she sobbed.
