The ball was a blast. He didn't remember much though, he had gotten drunk and had partied the night away. Whatever he had done had managed to leave him on the kitchen floor. Someone, probably his father, was nice enough to give him a blanket. He groaned as he rubbed his head, a massive hangover making it throb.
"Ugh..." Avery groaned.

London watched the girl fall and ran up to her, dragging her into an alley and hiding with her behind some big boxes, the other side of the alley was open, so it would look like they ran that way. London's breathing was silent, barely audible, in her attempt not to be caught.
