Kaladin stepped up onto the deck and took a derp deep breath. He was rather used to the scent of the salty sea air at this point, and opted to merely enjoy the breeze.

Collin glanced to the side briefly at the mention of Opal, but promptly turned his attention back to Sterling. "...I'm not sure how much it'd help right now, but I don't have any plans of you'd like to come riding. It's been a while since we've done that and I think Phantom could use the excersise. She still won't let anyone else ride her..."

Fisher shrugs, Don't try to start trouble and they won't bother you aside from the occasional pratical joke.

Kai sniffs th e air appreciativly, I hope we get to go home soon.

Kal smiled down at her. "We'll just have to wait and see."

Kai huffs, I suppose so but can you blame me? Hopefully we get back there before winter.

Kaladin frowned. "I know you don't mind the cold." He noted.

It's not that I dislike the cold it's the memories that come with winter, Kai explains, I hope to be able to forget by the time winter rolls around. Or at least not wake up whinning like a pup.

The echidna nodded slowly in understanding.
