"Not often but occasionally a crew member might get careless and walks or run over you or drop something on your head," Yannis explains, "the only time they would willingly kick you is if you seriously asked for it."


"Wounds take time to heal," Starlight offers.

"yeah" sterling remarked softly."I don't know if some ever will"


"oh...okay" diablo chuckled nervously grabbing a bucket and scrubber

"You'll be fine since there isn't anyone overly excitable on this ship," Yannis shakes his head.


Starlight frowns worried about her friend.

"I-i'll be fine" Sterling remarked."I just...don't know if i'll ever be used to not having her around"


"hopefully" diablo muttered.He had a way of either bringing out the worst,or the best in people

Yannis frowns, "Look just give us a chance as we're doing to you."


"I understand that," Starlight speaks trying to comfort him, "Just remember what Opal would have done if she was here and lead by her example."

"No it's not that it's just...I tend to bring out the worst in people so" he shrugged.


He nodded,but you could tell he still didn't know what to do

Yannis sighs, "Fine think how you want I don't have time to argue."


Starlight goes over to him, "Just stay here for now please if it's not too painful."

"i'll be fine" he told her.



"I-" he stopped himself from arguing further only knowing it'd make the scenario worse,and him less stable

Yannis went back to working on making sure the crew was working.


Starlight nods once, "Alright."

and this is why you shut your mouth you dummy he told himself as he scrubbed the deck,taking his frustration at himself and using it to scrub.He had the rag wrapped around most of his hand,but a tiny bit that was sticking out seemed a bit shadowy.
