Vyrhys smiles a little at their young love. Those kids have been through a lot, he thinks fondly. They're surprisingly tough.

Vyrhys recalls a time- long ago, back when he was still an apprentice- where an esteemed general had commissioned him to make a set of arrows similar to what was needed now. He lays out the tools and supplies he needs on the ground- a welding tool, various metals, a blade sharpener- as well as the one remaining original arrow, carefully planning out what needs to be done. He is back in his comfort zone- engineering.
Vyrhys' hands move with surprising precision and grace. The arrows he makes are sleek and lightweight- nowhere near as intricately wrought as the original arrows, but definitely businesslike. A compartment near the tip would serve to store Zuvi's venom. "That should suffice," he decides once he has made seven identical arrows. Guess I haven't lost my touch, he thinks, satisfied.
