Conner's practically tireless, so let me, as the narrator, wish her luck

Lilura stumbles on a rock as her focus was draining with her energy, and she tucks herself into a ball as she rolls down the little rest of the way, coming to a rest near the car. Pretty much unscathed, she takes a breather to see where Conner is at the moment, leaning lightly on the car.

(And for once, she's grateful for her power xp)

Conner was baffled, but kept after her, looking around.

Lilura notices he is still on her tail, and takes off again.

He howled, amused by the chase

Casey was pacing the cabin

Lilura starts slowing down, once stopping to lean against a tree for support as she gasps for air, a stitch digging in her side.

He caught up and changed to his human form. "You okay?"

"You caught up to me." Lilura smiles. " I'm good. " she says. "Lets go back to the cabin. Casey is probably waiting." She says, getting off the tree and heading back to the cabin.

"Okay." He didn't run this time, he only walked, figuring half-pint would need a chance to catch her breath

Lilura leans slightly in Conner, glad he was there. She hates being alone. Sure, she had been alone for a while after the fire that had burned down her house and killed all her family, but she hasn't gone a day without wishing she was with someone and could be safe with them.
