The officer inspected Hagin for a moment, nodded to himself in comfrimation, and took out a set of cuffs, locking them around Hagin's wrists.
"Sir, I'm arresting you with charges of murder. You have the right to remain silent, and anything you say may be taken in writing and used against you in court." He growled.
