Find an inn where I can stay for the night and work on my compass. I make a note to ask the bartender about this colony, and if there are any colonies that specialize in technology. The prospect of building something with my hands has got me thinking of more complex designs for other things.

You wander about the city, it's large and gives off positive vibes. You find a nice looking inn that looks to be busy inside.

It's a loud bar inside with many people sitting at tables and drinking together while a band plays in the back. There is a spot open at the bar itself.
