Strengths: Quilo is very swift and sneaky, aiding in his job. He can also climb almost any surface, and has a very strong grip.
Weaknesses: As mentioned before, Quilo can be a bit too trusting and open to people, causing people to take advantage of him. He also has trouble with swimming, as he almost drowned whenever he was younger.

I think the Solese would be neutral with them at the very least, since they both share the need for water. They would most likely get along :P
