Sparky looked up at him with her blank eyes, tears streaming out of them.
"I could have done something, her death was my fault," she whispered.

"And I could've done something other then crash a car and use up the collage funds I ahd left to pay fo the damage while the grands were trying to pay off my brother's hospital bills. Might explain why he stopped talking to me once he heard I was headed here...He really hates hosptials."

"Well at least no one died," She pointed out "I can't go to school anymore because I'm blind, my depression caught up to me and I got dropped off here."

"WHat do you mean you can't go to school cuz you're blind? My cousin's blind and his twin brother's deaf and those two practically haave jobs at NASA secured for them. THough the depression issue...yeah, i kinda get that. But still, if you can read Braile or do audios it shouldn't stop you from learning"

Sparky had stopped crying now and was staring in his direction in interest.
"I could get a job? And go to school?"

"CHya. My cousins are only 14, one of them is blind and totally busted his left leg when he fell out of a tree, the other is almost completely deaf, and those two are constantly tinkering away in their workshop attmepting to build missiles and what-not and last I hcecked, they were doing collage classes and high school classes and I remember seeing somethign from NASA addressed to them once. having a handicap shoudln't stop you-you're walking around wihtout a cane, I think you can manage."

Evan sighed as he saw the boy leave, and silently wished him the best in life. Moments later a nurse appeared and said to Evan, " Mr. Darling? You have a visitor. " The news definitely excited Evan and he smiled, " Tell them to come here, I shall be waiting. " The nurse nodded and walked away... Soon reappearing with a tall, stunningly beautiful auburn haired woman who seemed to compliment how Evan looked.. The nurse left as she knew Evan was a non-risk patient. " M-... Mary? " The woman nodded and Evan nearly tackled her with a loving embrace; his entire being seeming to become bright. " Mary! Oh good lord Mary I missed you.. " He said with love in his voice.. no matter the pain she had caused him, he still loved her.. but not the same anymore. It was more of a friendly way.

"I have a bad feeling," She whispered under her breath, feeling a little bit better after talking to Cole.
