There is a smooth 'whiiip' sound as the bed in the corner slides out of place and a man rises out of a hole on a platform. He's wearing a lab coat and looking very tired, but smiling nonetheless. "Ah! Matty! Pardon me for my tardiness. There were some issues. I'm professor Acacia." He reaches out a hand to offer a handshake.

Smile ad shake his, "It's ok, I haven't been here very long anyways!"

Iist fanned away the smoke and stumbled forward to the direction of the cough. She imagined that Ves rushed forward to tend to the coughing Professor in front.

"Well, well." He huffs, sitting down across the table from you as the man who brought you in places as cup of coffee in front of him. "I know there must be a lot you want to know, so go ahead and ask me questions!"

You near the professor. The professor was sitting up on the ground, coughing as Ves held him up. "The-there was a thief!" The professor said, and coughed some more.

"A thief?!" Iist fanned away the smoke some more. "What did they take? Where did they go? Should I chase after them?"

"He just left!" The professor said. "I think they stole some of my newest mega stones!"

"How'd he get out?" The thief couldn't have gone through the door under the bed, since that's how she and Ves got in. "Do you think we can catch them?"

"He just left, as I said! He ran in your direction. Did you feel anybody?" The professor asked. Ves shook his head. "I didn't. I came straight to you." He looked at you. "Did you see or feel anyone?"

Iist stared blankly at Ves and Professor Acacia until she remembered being bumped into on the platform. "I-I thought that was Ves!" She turned around and ran back to the platform, touching at the spot where she remembered Ves touched to make the platform move.

The platform was gone. (DUN DUUUUUN) The smoke started to clear, and you could see that the underground was a place teeming with technology, clean sparkling white walls and science-y things everywhere. The professor was getting to his feet. "This is bad," he announced, if a bit unnecessarily. "We need to get those back."
