At least she had the courtesy to smile even after Little Fox's harsh words. I returned the smile, but it was rather weak and forced, as I could not bring myself to show optimism towards her inclusion in the group.
"I don't think so," I answered. Unless Little Fox had something to add, I was not aware of any issues that would arise out of having to travel on foot. He was visibly weakened, his stance a little stiffer than it had been, and so I was not certain that he would be able to take me any further on his back.
I don't think there's anything I can do about this. Holly held him too strongly with her powers, and now he's exhausted. Now our chances of getting to shelter swiftly are ruined, especially knowing that I may hold the group back. My eyes flickered to Little Fox, as I was unsure of what we were going to do about this. I hope he has a better idea of what we're going to do than I do.

Holly Hunter
Holly gave a more worried smile now as she stared at er feet realizing how much her intrusion had worn them down, and though it would take its toll latter she knew she had to help them out somehow. " I can relive most of the stress on your bodies if you want.." she said glancing at each of them holding up her hand to her chest. She knew they probably did not trust her, but if they wanted to make this walk less painful and risky she would need to lighten them up some, even if it cost her later.

Little Fox-
"We're fine." He grunted shifting back into his horse form. "Come on then, I can't hold this up for long." He said wincing a bit. If he could just get them back towards the shelter just a bit then it would be much better than how far they already were. Though carrying two people was going to be very difficult to do, hopefully they wouldn't be all that heavy.

I nodded in agreement, then added to what Little Fox commented.
"What reason do we have to trust you to do that? We've already seen what you can do." I then turned to Little Fox. It was evident in the way he was standing that he was struggling to hold his form, and I was concerned that he would be too weak to carry us both. "I'll walk, and catch up if needs be. I don't want you to over-exert yourself in an effort to help me."
In truth, that was the solution that I did not want, but I did not say any more. I glanced downwards at the floor, closing my eyes only for a second to steady myself and regain the slightest bit of energy for the journey ahead. When I re-opened them, I lifted my head again, waiting for the others to speak.

Holly Hunter
Holly flicked her tail " Its just a reverse of what I did before... but if you don't trust me that's fine I can't Blame you after all I did just kill four grown men and stop a pseudo-horse boy i wouldn't trust me either " she said touching her hands to her heels and then pressing her fingertips together to make herself almost weightless. " we have approximately 15 minutes till the Bandits patrol this area so we should probably get a move on it." she said Doing some lax leg stretches

At Holly's mention of 15 minutes, my gaze swept the area. Her comment made me suddenly aware of how much time we had, and how much we had wasted on this encounter. Ultimately, our arguments had achieved nothing but shorten the precious minutes between us and them.
For once, I found myself agreeing with Holly. "Yes... especially as there is a chance that they may come looking earlier, if they have found the bodies." I glanced down at the whip that Holly had dropped, and shivered. I hope none of them have anything like that... I certainly do not want to run into anyone vicious enough to use one. I then looked over at Little Fox, who had been silent thus far. "Is it feasible that we reach the shelter in less than 15 minutes?"

Little Fox-
"If you get on then yes but walking in your state no." He answered looking at Oliver then to Holly. She could figure it out on her own. He told the boy though that he would get him to the shelter and that was what he planned on doing one way or another.

Holly Hunter
Holly's ears rotated carefully after it had gotten a little quieter, she could only barely hear them, but their position was somewhat accurate. " They will reach them soon after that the'll pick up the pace, and in your shape I'm not sure you can out run them... my offer still stands it will definitely at least give us a bit of an edge... I'd rather not have to truly overexert myself by Killing them." she said her tail twitching irritably, as she figured they would onece again decline. She could hear them getting ever closer, and she feared if they caught her again they would kill her before taking her in. and who knows what they would do to Miko... probably eat him if she had to guess. she sighed and removed two daggers from her bag placing them on either side of her Belt where she could easily reach them. " Oh and try not to fall behind Miko and I, we can act kind of like a buffer, but if you get in our way we can't help you" she said Pulling her hood over her head her furry red ears slipping though some self cut holes

They're right... I have no choice but to rely on them to get me to shelter. I hated to admit it, but if I wanted to survive, then I would need their help until I could get my strength back. I had been severely weakened by the past month, as, since my escape from the bandits, I had hardly had time to do anything except run.
Silently, I nodded, and went over to Little Fox. I was reluctant, but I had a feeling that I should just go along with this rather than dispute my life's worth with them. I pulled myself up onto Little Fox's back, and made sure I was sat as securely as possible.
"If... if you start to struggle, please say," I said to him, pulling my jacket a little tighter around my body. I looked over at Holly with somewhat narrowed eyes - I had to keep an eye on her, as Little Fox would not be able to look himself. If she tries anything, I will have to be the one to fight her. I hope that it does not come to that, because I doubt I will be able to do anything, but just in case.. I adjusted the position of my scissors in my belt slightly.
