He winced as if offended YellowClaw didn't recognize him. "Why, she's my sister of course! I haven't seen her since the first wolf attack many moons ago." he huffed.

"Hailkit?" Yellowclaw said puzzled. She had thought he had died! Everyone had!

Redfoot went to his sister to see if she was okay. He heard their conversation. He recognized Hailkit almost instantly. He looked between his sister and Hailkit. No he couldn't still be hailkit.

Hailstorm nodded his award winning smile lit up his face. "I'm tougher to kill than those wolves think."

Yellowclaw laughed. She smiled. "We thought........" Yellowclaw said. Then she jumped in shock as she noticed Redfoot who had approached silently.

Hailstorm tilted his head. "Redkit, or to say not Redkit. More like Red-Warrior-Name-Here." He said in his comedian voice.

Redfoot laughed. He smiled. "It's nice to see you again Hailkit." Redfoot said. "Or whatever you're called now. You seem to have faired well."

He nodded. "I call my self Hailstorm since I'm not any where near a kit anymore."


BlazeStar woke again and stumbled to her feet, and limped over to the group. "H-Hailkit?"

"I should tell you what I am called now...... I am Redfoot." Redfoot said. He looked at Blazestar.

Yellowclaw ushered Stormkit back to the nursery. She gave him some prey to eat.

BlazeStar sat before them, "Hailkit I...."

She was interrupted by Hailstorm's purr of delight.

"So your a leader now huh?" He bumped her shoulder affectionately.

She nodded weakly.

Yellowclaw leaned on Redfoot slightly. She was still in pain.
