Tulip sighed and look at her hand. She smiled as she saw the ring Atur gave her, carved beautifully from the geode she gave him and a metal spoon he found. If used right, the two could make a beautiful combination together.

"Some huge fish attacked him in the lake" Tulip said as she got up and went outside.

Atur was literally running on the shore, sick with worry.

Tulip walked to the shore to find Atur pacing madly. When his eyes rested on her, he stopped and a grin showing his canine teeth showed.

Atur ran to Tulip, hugging her. He noticed the bandage on her arm and was careful not to touch it.

Tulip took out a tiny box she had held in her paw. Blushing, she gave it to Atur. Inside was a tiny silver ring with a geode for a crystal.

Atur gasped as he gingerly held the precious ring. It matched the one he gave her, perfectly even to the inscription inside saying "I will never forget you".
