So this festival I hatched 21 Mantis Shrimps and 11 of them have wings. So disappointed.

B-b-but Zevria...you hatched 21 Shrimpies! >.> No doubt a few serious beauties, too (that last one's my favorite of your brood, and I will want a breeding if you're amenable ^.^). You still have the awe and envy of more than just myself, I'm sure.
Why, in fact, I ended the festival with four Mantis Shrimp fish items in my festival inventory that I never found enough clay or water to craft. (Granted, I'm not all that torn up about it, since rare is the Shrimpie that I truly fancy...but still, I'm sure someone laments the waste.)

To other folks, various and sundry, howdy-ho! I went shiny-shopping today, combing through all 123 pages of current Sylvorpa offspring for sale (with an eye for PBO naturally) and found this lovely 2nd generation Lochness Monster girl:

While checking her lineage, I was surprised at first to see these two:

So I figured she must have been regenerated at some point into the little lovely she is today. She was an absolute steal at 15K. ^.^ Happy to set her up for breeding if anyone is interested.

I was also tickled to find this fellow up for public breeding at a manageable price (Floating Lotus is not a trait I have managed to collect in my Toads yet!):


My Dreamberry Smoothie project is coming along, yielding this lady as my first offspring to totally ditch the pepto-pink:


The first 6V Jin Chan Black Toad has yet to come forward, but I have been getting some lovely 5V combinations on the way:

All but one of my Summer Forest Vorpas are male! I am interested in maybe swapping one of these as-yet-unnamed boys for a girl--



--and my Stables are in their usual post-Fest shambles. The Nixies try to shove in with the Vorpas and then complain about the Vorpas dripping on them.

I love the name "Forgotten Cookie". ^.^

Thanx, Frawn. You know how I am about names. My CF Vorpas are named after chocolate desserts. Forgotten Cookies are cookies that one "bakes" by preheating the oven, putting the dough into the oven, turning the oven off, and leaving the cookies in the slowly cooling oven overnight. Since this Vorpa appeared to have been For Sale yet ignored for quite a long time, it seemed like a good name for her.

Trait disrupted this girl I got last year.
