"What are you thinking about?" she asked, her head tilted to the side like a puppy. What if we kissed...? she asked herself in her thoughts, a small blush creeped up her neck.

"What we're going to do today!" They covered up quickly, blushing under the hood. "I was thinking we go to Vienna for a gondola ride, go to New York and go to the top of Empire State Building. Then I was thinking we come back at sunset after we do the things you want to do and go to the top of the Eiffel Tower." They explained, making it up as they went along.

She sighed inwardly. Guess not... she thought glumly. "Okay." she said, trying to put all of her usual enthusiasum into her one word answer.

"Let me know when you're ready to leave~" they sounded unnaturally upbeat. They went into their small room in the apartment and smacked themself in the head with a pillow. They then went into the bathroom and brushed their teeth.

She dragged herself to her room and flopped down on the bed. He would never want to be with me. she thought sadly. She sat up and hugged a pillow, staring out her window. I feel dumb.

Why would she even consider me... I know it's irrational to be sad but... I can't help thinking that she would at least like me a bit... they blushed, visible from the mouth opening of the hood, I can't let that get me down they go back into their room and hug a pillow.

She closed her eyes as a single tear ran down her cheek. She took a deep breath and walked into Guru's room. "What are you doing?" she asked, still in her Pjs.

"Taking a crap." They sat up and smiled, their blush went away. "Go get ready!" The waved her out the door and stretched.

She gave a pout as she was pushed out the door. "Okay..." she said heading to her room. She grabbed a book by her bed and crawled under her bed. She lay there and read her book, eventually some tears ran down her cheeks, but she just kept reading.
